5. Continue reading food labels and eating properly.
6. Practice the good nutrition in our books.
7. Find another career in addition to wrestling because wrestling may not work out, and if it doesn’t you will have something good to fall back on.
8. When you complete this workbook the book will be done, but your life is still just beginning. It is your job to make your life work for you and not against you.
So, you must make sure you attack your school work with even more enthusiasm than you will attack the Rock or Stone Cold or Mr Hughes if you are lucky enough to get them in the ring.

The same mental and physical disciplines that can make you succeed in Wrestling can also make you succeed in every other career.
